Neem khali usually means the de-oiled cake left behind after neem oil is pressed out. SatRas mills the whole dried neem seed instead, kernel and natural oils included, so more of the plant's own compounds stay in the powder. Both are worked into soil the same way.

The page describes it as a soil input traditionally used to deter termites, root-knot nematodes and whiteflies, and against damping off and root rot in seedlings. It carries azadirachtin and nimbin, the neem bio-compounds, plus natural oils and sulphur. It is a single ingredient product.

The pack directs about 100 g, roughly one cup, mixed into the topsoil of a 10 to 12 inch pot. For a soil drench, soak 1 part powder in 15 parts water for 24 hours and water with it. Reduce the quantity for smaller pots and seedlings.
