Mustard oil cake, whole neem seed and wood ash blended together. The page states an NPK ratio of 4-1-1, micronutrients including magnesium, sulphur, manganese and zinc, and the neem bio-compounds azadirachtin and nimbin. It is the combined product, not one of the single inputs.

The pack directs mixing about 100 g, roughly one cup, into the topsoil of a 10 to 12 inch pot. For a liquid feed, soak 1 part powder in 15 parts water for 24 hours, then water the plants with it. Start light on small or young plants.
